NA'VI, FTM, and VP.P left OGA Dota PIT
The third day of OGA Dota PIT Season 2: Europe CIS is over, and as a result, three teams from CIS have finished the race for the championship. Review of past matches:
The day opened by an elimination match between ??OG and ??VP.Prodigy. On the first map, ??OG surprised the opponents with IO's choice of the carry position played by Midone. As a result, a victory in 26 minutes. The second and third maps went with more standard picks, according to which ??OG wins with a 2:1 score.
The second one was also an elimination match between ??Na'Vi and ??FlyToMoon. On the first map, ??FlyToMoon chose heroes with strong pushing potential, and by the 25 minutes, the team already had more than 17,000 gold as an advantage. Even with that, ??Na'Vi managed to bring the game to 41 minutes, but it wasn't enough for a comeback. On the second map, ??Na'Vi couldn't show anything. ??FlyToMoon goes further.
The third one was the upper bracket final between ??Alliance and ??Team Nigma. ??Alliance dictated the first map, but ??Nigma was able to pull together. The perfect second map from W33 on Batrider and the combination of Gyrocopter + IO on the third map left ??Alliance no chance, and ??Nigma went to the grand final.
The game day ended in the semifinals of the lower bracket between ??OG and ??FlyToMoon. A dreary first map from ??FlyToMoon and a loss in 26 minutes. The second map was much more interesting: several comebacks and even a bought at the end Divine Rapier on Lifestealer. But ??FlyToMoon was waiting for a loss due to its inattention: creeps destroyed their throne during the last fight. ??OG advance to the lower bracket final.
