Valve increased restrictions for the staff at The International 10
Russian analyst of Team Spirit Vitaliy "Sword_Art" Petkin told about the strengthening personnel rules at The International 10. Valve has limited teams' staff to 8 people. It means that a part of the staff (analysts, psychologists, and content makers) won't attend the event.
Earlier it was announced that Valve had attached a GPS-tracker to each team member, including staff, which captures the movement. With his help, the organizer will monitor the location of people to prevent illness.
On October 3, Valve announced that ticket sales for The International 10 would cease, and the stadium would be closed to spectators. They will refund money for tickets, and the tournament will go on without spectators.
The International 10 starts in 4 days. The tournament takes place from October 7 to 17 in Romania and features 18 teams from different regions to compete for the title of champion and a prize of $40,018,195.
